Got this one from hopsolutely this past summer. Cheers, guys!
From a can into a pint glass
IBU: 40
APPEARANCE: Clear black pour yields a 1+ finger, looser looking, foamier tan head with good retention. Black body with medium levels of carbonation evident. Head recedes to a full foamy cap and coats the top of the glass. A full creamy cap remains leaving lots of sheets of lacing on the glass as it empties.
SMELL: Roasted aromas with chocolate, milk chocolate, coffee notes and some sweet cream. Bold and enticing.
TASTE: Roasted with coffee and cream notes up front. Bold finish with lots of roasted and burnt flavors, milk chocolate sweetness, roasted and bitter coffee beans and a light spicy note from the rye. This is really nice and plenty flavorful.
PALATE: Medium body and medium levels of carbonation. Creamy on the palate, goes down smooth and finishes a touch mouth-coating. Some bitterness lingers.
OVERALL: This is excellent stuff. The head is a little foamier than I’d like, but after that, it’s all high-quality all the time. Lots of nice stout aromas and plenty of character in the flavor profile. More proof that lower ABV doesn't mean less flavor. Really enjoyed this one; one of the better Ontario stout beers this year. Cheers again, guys!

Can from the brewery for about $3.50. A very solid stout, great balanced flavours and you can tell it is made with quality ingredients. Was really low on carbonation though.
