Amber reddish color with a thin head with medium retention.
Bold aroma with notes of cantaloupe, jamaica flower, passion fruit and red fruits. I have never smelled Dhalia, so hard to grasp tell.
Flavor with notes of jamaica flower, lemongrass, tea leaves, lemon citrusy, some spices and toasted malts. Quite dry and more bitter than expected; likely with the help of the jamaica flowers
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Nice Herbed and vegetable beer; the characteristic bitterness of jamaica flowers matched perfectly with the overall beer, giving a bitter punch.
