A: Hazy, golden orange with a thin white head that dissipates slowly into a foamy lacing.
S: Orange, mango, peach, tropical citrus. Freshly squeezed grapefruit and tangerine. Very citrusy!!!
T: Not as fruity as the aroma. The citrus seems to be a bit dull versus the aroma. However notes of orange and grapefruit can still be picked up.
M: Slight bitter finish, moderate carbonation. Crisp and easy to drink.
O: The aroma on this beer is killer. Unfortunately the taste isn't on par with the aroma as it comes off as being a tad bit dull. Still a good beer though!!

Note: Growler filled at brewery earlier this evening
A: Pale golden orange, with some straw and honey tones around the edges - decidedly hazy - pours with a fluffy, white cap, fades to wisps, maintains a small collar, leaves a wall of spotty lacing
S: Bright, juicy, dank - potent but non-aggressive, hoppy aroma - lots of citrus, mostly ripe tangerine and grapefruit flesh, juice - dank and resinous - floral and lightly herbal - fruity overall, with some fleshy tropical notes and juicy lime - hints of white grapes and white wine - super clean pale malts at the base, just a hint of oats
T: Well rounded and super drinkable - not as super-fruity as the aroma, but fruity nonetheless - tangerine and orange flesh and juice with a touch of ruby red grapefruit - lightly resinous and a touch dank -flowery - some tropical flavors, mango, kiwi, lime juice - white grapes and white wine - mellow bitterness - chewy, pale malts with a touch of malty sweetness - lightly sweet overall - light bread, light biscuits, finishes with some oat flavor
M: Medium body, smooth and a touch chewy thanks to the oats, a touch fuzzy, finishes with lingering citrus
O: I would drink this with the miller's entire family
This brewery just opened two weeks ago. Beers from such a new brewery shouldn't be this refined, this well-balanced, or this tasty. Miller's Daughter is beyond crushable. In my book, the bar is set quite high for River Roost. I have never been so excited to drive by White River Junction.
