Citra juice bomb. Superb. Looks like a glass of full pulp OJ but I found this to be a very well made, complex, full bodied citrus dominated IPA. These guys are into something good in sleepy WRJ.

Overall just want to echo what others have said. From aroma through feel, this is everything I want a Mosaic IPA to be. Hazy appearance and orange juice on the nose with a little spice to add complexity to the flavor. Nicely done!

On tap, shaker pint, at Big Fatty's BBQ across the parking lot from the brewery.
Pour is an orange tinted straw, full on haze, thick barely off-white foamy head. Leaves clingy lacing on the glass. The head lasts as a thin cap for the entire time spent drinking the pint.
Aroma is bright hops, citrus zest, tropical fruit as mango and a bit of earthy pine. The malt is present in the aroma as well, I get a bit of toast.
Flavor is bright citrus up front and resinous pine, smooth and balanced hop flavors, tropical fruits and a hop spiciness. Touch of malt sweetness balances everything together.
Moderate carbonation and medium body, smooth and easy drinking. Unassertive but present bitterness.
Another great hoppy brew from River Roost. Malt profile used on this series seems to really highlight the hop characteristics. Excited to try other hop varieties in the future.

New series of single hop beers being brewed by River Roost. The first is Feet First: Mosaic single hop IPA.
Poured from a 32 oz growler filled at the brewery.
Pours a completely opaque bright orange color with a finger of egg white head. The head has great retention and leaves a ton of lacing. This beer looks like an orange smoothie.
The aroma is a blueberry bomb up front, followed by some cantaloupe, honeydew, and orange peel. The back end is faintly piney with plenty of doughy malt.
The taste follows the nose. Lots of blueberries, with a wave of fresh cantaloupe not far behind. Finishes with some resinous pine and bready malt. Excellent balance.
The mouthfeel is medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Incredibly smooth and creamy, with a faint, sticky coating left on the tongue.
Overall, wow. This is the first beer I've had from this brewery and I am absolutely blown away. This is the perfect example of a mosaic hopped IPA.
