Growler share. My pour was in a becher pint glass. The appearance was a soft hazy dark brown color with a flimsy off white foamy head. Gentle lace. The aroma had some sweet milk chocolate with some light bready notes, light vanilla, super light on the cinnamon. The flavor had the sweetness of the milk chocolate up front with a light crisp cinnamon spice coating some sweet and roasty vanilla. Light aftertaste of the chocolate and cinnamon. Not much of a finish. The feel was about medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate. Overall, fairly nice porter that I would have again, though a little lighter in color than expected, there’s a lot going on.
