16 ounce can with no discernible date.
We rec'd these on about the 14th of December.

Vigorous pour yields a one inch white head over a hazy, golden body with real sticky lacing.

Nose of citrus up front with hints of sweet tropical fruit.

Taste is almost all flavors of citrus; lemon, lime, orange
with a nearly dry finish of white grapefruit and grapefruit pith.

Medium carbonated with a medium to full mouthfeel.

Overall, yet another great beer from River Roost's lineup.

Cheers!

Beautiful looking double with a full orange body and tons of lacing. Hint of booze, orange Juice and rind, subtle resinous character that lingers on the tongue for just a moment in the finish. Generally fruity nose but less sweet than anticipated, in fact pretty clean and dry, tightly executed overall. Has you going back for another sip! Slightly bready malt backbone suggestive of old school DIPAs but only just so. Still it’s noticed and not at all a detraction. Very good stuff.

Aroma seems quite muted. But with a big whiff you get notes of lemon and lime. Flavor follows suit with a margarita-like hop profile. Fairly good malt background - not just your typical cracker-like malt bill. Solid DIPA - as with Sound of Horns, I'd like to see some minor earthy or pine notes to balance the sweetness.

Can from the source enjoyed at home.
Pours a hazy electric yellow bordering on light orange with a frothy white head that slowly recedes. Earthy grassy lemon and resin with a bit of tropical and citrus fruits. Light bready malt and a bit of warming alcohol. Pretty nice DIPA

Pours a darker golden orange with a finger of head that went away fairly quicky.
Smells of citrus, tropical fruits, a bit floral and maybe a hint of pine.
Taste follows with lots of mango and citrus.
Medium body with good carb levels. Smooth with a touch of alcohol present in the end.
Overall another tasty one from River Roost!
