Purchased at Allen Brothers Farm on 7/7/22 opened and reviewed same day
Look: Straw gold, white haze within, thin, white bubbly cap keeps decent cover and nice lace in it's wake.
Nose: a lemon and orange hop zest upfront, sweet orange and sour green earthy notes underneath.
Feel & Flavor: Mouthfeel is surprisingly super smooth and silky. Lightly malted golden malted grains bill has funky herbal zest with wheat and corn grits. Hops kick in with sour and sweet piney orange flavors with a bit of white pepper and sea salt. A very sour, pucker tangy flavor rides over everything.
Overall: unique balance of flavor's here, sharp edges with a smooth feel. Keeps me interested throughout.

Stellar hop flavor of a mango and pineapple duo. Almost creamsicle like. But after a few sips you realize it's missing a little earthiness underneath it because it starts to drink too sweet. Too bad because of the hop character is fantastic. With some fine tuning this beer could be tops.
