Really good. Crisp, balanced like a good pils should be.

Picked-up a single can at Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury for about four dollars. My first brew from these guys. Solid pilsner.

draught
Medium, clear gold appearance. Nice, floral spiced hop flavor, with a bit of light toasted grain, for the aroma. Has some noble hop (floral) character, but a bit restrained and it is more like a lager. The flavor is slightly yeasty, also has an off-dry malt flavor, with just a bit of those noble hops.

From a 16oz can, undated. Purchased at the brewery 05/14/21. Served in a willi becher glass.
Pours a crystal-clear honey colour with a finger of tight white suds and minimal visible carbonation. Retention is reasonably decent, leaving a wispy cap, a scant collar, and a barely rousable thin, slippery sheet of lacing. Looks sort of dull, or flat.
Aroma is sharp and grassy. Robust nose of dried hay.
Taste is pretty much all over the place - soap, bananas, corn and LifeSavers. Finishes soapy with sort of a puckery juice box aftertaste.
Feel is slick and slippery, medium bodied and fizzy. Clings to the palate like grease.
Overall, drinkable but not by a wide margin. Whereas the nose is pleasantly earthy-grassy, the taste seems to belong to a totally different beer brewed from random table scraps. A rare miss.

an enjoyable pilsner, fairly full bodied and a little bit of that creamed corn thing but decent nonetheless.
