Sampling a cellar temp 16 oz can picked up at the brewery in August. No date stamp on the can.
Pouring into my .5L dimple mug.
the beer pours a clear golden hue with some bronze highlights, slightly darkened color. A creamy bleached white head foams up about 1.5 cm and slowly fades to a thin edging around my mug. Fine, active streams of carbonation rise to the surface.
The aroma on this beer is kind of mild, I get a little biscuity grain and some sweeter corn notes, with a bit of herbal tea hop note. No hint of booze on this one.
First sip reveals a light body with smooth texture and fine tingly carbonation. The beer drinks very easy on the physical traits.
Flavor is similar to the nose, with some corn sweetness being most dominant. General malt character that is biscuity also mixes in with again herbal tea on the finish. No ABV anywhere and the beer drinks super easy.
I enjoy this beer, it isnt very complex, but it is what I expected and its tasty. A good simple beer for drinkin,
