From a 16 oz. can sampled on April 9, 2022.
Deep dark brown to black pour with a modest, foamy tan head.
Aroma of chocolate, wheat or hayfield, dark roast, and earthy hops. The hops are lower profile on the nose.
Light mouthfeel.
The taste is dark and sweet to start but whereas the hops are low profile on the nose they power through with a vengeance at the end with an earthy bitterness that lingers. Same chocolate characters in the taste too. A nice Porter,

16 oz can.
One of the best looking porters I've ever seen.
There's some chocolate and roastiness in the nose, though slightly metallic.
Taste is the same. Dark chocolate and roasted malt with a bit of soy sauce. Tinny and metallic throughout. Very hoppy.
The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Creamy and smooth. Lots of lingering bitterness between the roasted malts and hops.
Overall a decent porter that's easy to drink. Some off flavors and aromas but it's not a bad beer by any means. Worth a try I guess. I bought it because there's a cat on the can.
