32 oz crowler was poured into a nonic glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a pale orange yellow color with great clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Tropical, stone fruit, lemon, peachy, citrus, floral, caramel, and biscuity malts.
Taste: Same tropical, peach, stone fruit, lemon, and citrus hop flavor. Light tingly bitterness and slight alcohol flavor. Caramel and biscuity malts too.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied, crisp, refreshing, medium carbonation, a little chewy, light bitterness, and slight alcohol.
Overall: This DIPA Pilot needs to be scaled up with minor tweaks and put on rotation. I'd get more in the future. East drinking and awesome hop flavor.
