Dendro is a blast from Mast Landing's past. In November 2017 our team brewed this DDH Galaxy-forward DIPA on our original 10bbl system at 920 Main Street in Westbrook. That original batch holds a dear place in the hearts of many folks that now make up our production and front-of-house teams. Revisiting Dendro is as much a chance to reminisce on a great recipe as it is reason to recognize how far we've come. Mast Landing has grown in many ways since Dendro first came down the canning line, but we're just as honored to share this delicious beer with you.

Another candidate for an Imperial NE IPA style!!! Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, this beer features a hazy gold color, a medium sized foamy white head with average retention and lacing, Aroma and taste feature peach juice, pineapple, a little grapefruit (cuts the sweetness) and mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is crisp and medium bodied. The bitterness level is fairly moderate. The combination of fruit flavors are balanced so that the beer is not overly sweet. Goes down real easy. A good IPA!!!

16oz can dated 5/8/22.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch of white fluff. Moderate retention and lacing. Pineapple, peach, and tangerine in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Juicy tropicals on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Peach, white grapes, and mango. Finishes fairly dry with lingering juicy citrus.
