A: Pours a golden yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a nice cap that leaves decent lacing
S: Citrus and floral hops up front along with some bready malt
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the citrus and floral hops and then picks up some light bready malt and fruity and herbal undertones. Melon and coconut stand out. Light bitterness. Finishes with lingering citrus and fruit
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid IPA that is very easy to drink. On the fruity side, but not a juice bomb. Well balanced. Worth checking out

Resinous, pine, lots of fruit, and a smooth MF with light carbonation. Moderate hoppy finish. Definitely check out this beer.

A slightly hazed out orange-golden color, dense white foam...very active and lively appearance. Very scattered, but intricately designed lacing.
The nose is heavy with citrus notes and black pepper, sweet tropical fruits and various juicy hop effects dominate. Most of the aroma is citrus based hop juice.
A very sharp, crisp and airy bite is felt on the palate. The malt has a very nice crisp and clean effect, along with a light juicy body and dry-grainy textured finish.
The nose would lead one to assume the flavor will be all citrus happiness...not the case!
The malt brings in some excellent grains and peppery taste, the hops certainly have the citric bite of tangy tropical fruits but it's the dry earthy balance I like most. Dried grasses and herbs coupled with a peppery orange juice thing gives it a certain amount of depth and character that keeps you interested.
The finishing flavor is a swirling blend of bitter citrus and dry earthy, herbal tones that make it taste very hearty. A medium level bitterness gives it some hop punch, much more so than the rather low-end bitterness of the NEipa styles.
Don't pass this one up, I feel like you will be pleasantly surprised.

Pours a very hazy dark orange brown color with a soapy 2 finger head with moderate retention.
Citrus notes on the nose along with a little bready malt
The taste is a bit of a change up from the ubiquitous NEIPA in that there is very little of the typical fruity hop flavor up front. Instead there is a subtle but strong "pithy" and bitter fruit flavor... maybe kumquat or the white coating on an orange? Its not a flavor I am familiar with. There is a small amount of sweetness and a small amount of citrus and stone fruit flavor to it along with a moderate bitterness that comes in seconds after it hits your tongue. This is a clean flavor though - nothing weird or off about it.
The feel is very soft.
I have to say that this is an interesting and pleasant beer. First the color throws me off, thinking it is a malty beer but it is not. The aroma had me thinking it was a standard IPA with so little going on, but it was not. It leaves me scratching my head to describe the flavor but ultimately I would buy this again. If anything it is more akin to a west coast IPA with the higher bitterness and the more subtle citrus flavors - yet it is different too. I like this one and I see them doing something different from the rest of the crowded Portland scene. I think they pulled it off well.
You should try this one for sure.
