16oz can dated 8/2/18.
Pours cloudy yellow with a small head and little retention or lacing. Light citrus notes in the nose. Hints of orange and cut grass. Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Thinnish. Mildly hoppy on the palate with some light orange character. Finishes dry with fading citrus pith and a lingering bitterness.
Tasty enough for a session beer but needs more Mimosa character and hops for sure.

Collab with dancing gnome, excited for this one! Canned 8/02/18
Pours a decent foamy bubbly almost 1 finger head that fades at a med pace, little lacing, very hazy murky nectar blond color
Nose is light, decent citrus, orange zest, grassy hops as well, little pith, mild blond straw malt, big orange zest later, a definite mimosas aroma but on the light side
Taste similar but a bit stronger, plenty of citrus, orange zest, little pith, mild champagne like flavor adding to the mimosa again, mild wheat blond malt, faintly light as well, hops get a rich spicy later, mild bitterness increasing on the dry finish
Mouth is lighter bod, plenty of fizzy carb
Overall lighter style beer but fairly well done for mimosa characters
