Kveik Fermented IPA Collaboration with Barreled Souls dry hopped with Topaz, Motu (not Motueka), and Amarillo. Topaz provides a resinous, lightly tropical character, Amarillo and Motu provide beautiful notes of mango, passion fruit, and stone fruit. The result gives notes of mango, pineapple, orange zest, pith, and pleasant notes of “rustic farmhouse” character.
