Collaboration with Deciduous Brewing Company
We set out to brew a beer with the flavor and aroma of a double dry hopped DIPA, but with the ABV of a session IPA. Clocking in at only 4.5%, this DDH Session IPA was brewed with an insane amount of Nelson, Idaho 7, Topaz, and Mosaic hops. Collaboration with Deciduous Brewing Company.

Draft at the brewery
Big creamy foamy head, good lacing, medium retention, hazy pale color
Nose big grapefruit pithy citrus, light tropical, a touch of mosaic grassy earthy almost oniony but not quite, light fluffy malt
Taste more earthy mild dank piney mosaic, into citrus, grapefruit zest, very pithy, little citrus rind, little tropical, very light malt,
Mouth is lighter bod, little watery, little astringent, medium light carb
Overall eh, way too light in malt, astringent, mosaic comes through a bit

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice hazy straw hue with a thin white head that fades to leave a light halo.
S - Big aromas of lightly dank bitter hops, fair amount of earthy vegative, little bit of dankness.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of slightly sweet earthy hops, little oniony and fair amount of melon as well.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall this was a very light beer with big dank notes. Not much else going on.
