Pours an opaque yellow with a dull-hue. It transitions from a lighter-white-infused pale straw at the top to a more full yellow at the bottom. Head is a finger and a half of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is papaya, grapefruit, lemon and orange zest and guava. Despite the lengthy list of tropical fruits, it smells quaint and faint. Flavor profile is grapefruit, lemon zest, guava, papaya, orange and melon-dew with a little earthy, bready malt behind and rindy chalk at the finish. Tropical fruits are a little more prevalent here. Mouth feel features a chalky, silty texture wrapped up within a medium thickness. Overall, delicate but precise, this 5.5% ABV beer packs in a good amount of tropical fruit flavor without being over the top or assertive.

Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 16oz can.
