All the Way Up is our way of showcasing the height of fruit expression in our sour ales. We've worked hard to lock in our favorite fruit combinations, creating a series of flavor-packed, easy-to-drink yet always revolving options.
The elusive boysenberry paired with peach provides the exact balance of fresh juicyness and enticing tartness that we love in fruited sour ales. Boldly indulgent not unlike a smoothie in flavor, but with a bright, refreshing body and a 4.8% ABV.

A: The beer is very hazy purplish red in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving only a narrow ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of yogurt-like lactobacillus are present in the nose along with notes of boysenberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has yogurt-like flavors from the yeast along with notes of boysenberries and hints of peaches. Only a faint amount of sourness was perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This "sour" was hardly sour at all but was easy to drink. Overall, I thought that the fruity aromas and flavors could have been a little stronger so they stood out in front of the yeast.
