{Batch #31 finds us bringing Belma, NZ Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops together in synchrony to create notes of grapefruit, lemon, ripe melon, mango, red berries, and honey. A nuanced and refreshing fruit-forward addition to the series. #31: }
A very thick haze in a straw&gold coloration. Fat and chunky, white creamy foam topping with a bunch of great lacing.
A very freshly picked style hop nose. Sour and tangy pine, white grape juice, wet grass of summer and boozy citrus rounds out the aromatics.
A juicy first sip with some high alpha acids on the tongue, sharp pine tree sap with juicy lemon zest, black pepper, cantelope and earthy golden grains. Some sweetness in the aftertaste, like honey or kiwi.
G2G 31 is a fun and unique... Very fresh tasting IPA with nice depth and high drinkability.
