Let Go is a dessert waffle inspired stout so I was expecting a big sugar bomb. However, the beer is quite savory which is nice. It is very roasty and has the hit of near-burnt maple. The vanilla comes through as it warms up and has a thin body. It is also pretty boozy which will wake you up like a waffle would.

A sweet and boozy dessert stout. Plenty of maple and vanilla flavors with hints of chocolate and coffee over roasted dark malt. Bit of a metallic aftertaste. Not bad, but not particularly good either.

smooth creamy stout with hints of maple and vanilla- refreshing taste
