Pours a light fizzy head with a bit of lacing, semi hazy light pale color
nose brings nice funk, Brett like farmhouse funk, with possibly souring bacteria funk but hard to tell, big Brett, with some golden malt, lots of fruit notes, from tropical to stone fruit, peach, pineapple, light oak character, fresh grassy citrusy hops
Taste brings more Brett funk up front, not over powering but plenty of it, farmhouse mostly with a little barnyard, light sweet golden malt, no souring bacteria but a bit of tartness, I think some buttery oak but hard to tell, lots of fruit, pineapple and generic tropical citrus, into stone fruit with juicy peach, a little tangerine citrus, doughy earthy wheat as well as light grassy citrusy hops again and touch of bitterness, dry finish
Mouth is med bod, light fizzy carb, a bit light on carb
Overall quite nice, good Brett, nice fruit and citrus, decent malt, good dry hop without too much hop, quite enjoyable
