Excellent. Malty, roasted malt, chocolate, so drinkable.

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Nice, dark pour, plenty of decently thick khaki foam on top. The nose is dominated by mild roast, but there is a strange cleanness to it, not unlike the change in the air after you cross the bridge from Detroit to Windsor (it was weird, gotta say, especially considering how close Detroit still is). The same effect washes over the tongue, a bit of cola breaking in there late in the game. The body is a lithe medium, with a light moderate carbonation and an unsurprisingly clean finish. Rather nice bit of schwarz here.
