Canned 202/02/28
Pours a frothy foamy almost 2 finger head with good retention, sticky lacing, mostly clear tan to orange color, streaming bubbles,
Nose fair sweet malt, grainy sweet, cereal, not really doughy though, sweet shortbread cookie, little vanilla, light grassy floral hop, hint of citrus and fruity notes
Taste brings more lighter malt, cereal grain, more mild vanilla shortbread cookie but again not really doughy pilsner malt, more grainy sweet malt, a little biscuity cookie like though, soft lager and little malt depth possibly single or even double decoction mash, fair herbal floral hops that get a touch grassy, med-light bitterness, hint of citrus and fruit late, drier soft finish, med bitterness getting a touch spicy
Mouth is med bod, soft little juicy-like lager, med to a bit higher frothy prickly carb
Overall pretty nice, lagered well, a bit of malt depth possible decoction, malt profile is nice Helles like and not pilsner like, good hop level and sweetness for a bock especially,
