Collaboration with Equilibrium Brewery
For our first Maine-brewed collaboration with the New Yorkers from Equilibrium we took inspiration from our shared love of photography, as well as one of the most important film innovations to ever come out of the Northeast. Kodachrome is a hazy IPA brewed with the foundation of tradition - Citra & Simcoe hops - plus something experimental and full of intrigue: HBC 586 hops.

A: hazy; medium gold in color; 1+ finger finely pored off white head thar receded to a thin cap; nice lacing;
S: pineapple, grapefruit, and orange zest;
T: follows the nose from start to finish; mild bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish; slightly acidic;
O: not as soft as I expected;
