Pours golden with some light chill haze. It's got some grapefruit on the nose. It is grapefruit forward with some sticky pine on the finish. Honestly, this is a really nice West Coast IPA.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden amber color with a small head of white foam. The head has a fair level of retention, fading slowly over time and leaving tons of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a grapefruit aroma mixed with some light cracker malt and a bit of tangerine and mango. Along with these aromas comes a touch of herbal and pine hop and a bit of grain. Overall, rather crisp and clean smelling.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp cracker malt flavor mixed with a bit of tangerine and caramel sweetness and a little pear and apple. At the same time there is a touch of herbal and pine hop, which join the increasingly strengthening grapefruit hop taste. Toward the end, the sweetness fades a touch, and with a bit of floral and a touch of grain and hay, one is left with a nice crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is high. For the crisp nature and the tastes, the feel is good and makes for a very easy sipper.
Overall – A nice crisp and clean hopped-up brew with a easy drinking nature and taste. Rather well done.
