Take a permanent vacation and escape to Skull Island Beach Club! Our latest collaboration beer with our South Shore friends at Widowmaker Brewing is an insanely flavorful New England Double IPA brewed with Amarillo, Strata, and Citra hops; utilizing Yakima Chief HyperBoost hop extract to give it and extra punch of flavor! You’ll discover huge notes of orange juice, pink guava and mango eternally resting on a super-soft mouthfeel and 8.1% ABV.

Pours a hazy orange with a 1F head and heavy lacing.
Smells of piney, grassy hops and citrus.
Tastes of lightly bitter grapefruit, orange, pineapple and cantaloup with a lightly bitter finish.
Medium light body with light carbonation. Smooth, dry mouthfeel.
This is a very drinkable, moderately assertive juicy and bitter brew. Maybe too bitter for some but ok by me.

Pours an opaque lemon yellow color with a sticky head - leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of soft hops, pineapple(?).
Taste is a pleasant hoppiness balanced by a mildly sweet, restrained malt backbone. Hops linger on the palate with a semi dry finish.
Mouthfeel is soft and creamy - I think this is pretty good, although being a collab with Widowmaker, it's probably not going to be produced again. A good beer to try.

Picked up a four pack of cans at Bradfords Liquors in Plymouth, Massachusetts for about eighteen dollars. My sixteenth brew from these guys. Solid, not great.
