On tap at the brewpub - smell: coming mostly from the malt character (bready, biscuity) with some small contribution from floral hops. look: it is a pale amber color (quite a bit darker than expected for style) with thin white head and decent lacing. beer is perfectly clear. feel: medium body with creamy texture, crisp carbonation and no detectable astringency. taste: mostly follows aroma with bready light malt character, way mild bitterness and light sweetness. it finishes smooth and dry. --- this is an easy drinking crossover beer that is ideal for a brewpub environment. uncomplicated but solid.
