Collaboration with Hyperbolic Brewing Co.
This English-style barleywine was brewed with a base of floor malted Maris Otter and a touch of Munich and crystal malts. After a long boil and fermentation, the resulting beer was finished on Madagascar and Ecuadorian vanilla beans, and a touch of Cassia and Ceylon cinnamon sticks.
