This collaboration with Fall Brewing of San Diego is definitely not hazy. Clear golden yellow with plenty of foam in the IPA glass. Crisp and sudsy on the tongue. Malty with suggestions of a hoppy Blonde Ale. a nice balance of sweet and light acidity. Light lemon and melon flavor is quite appealing.
Some touches of lime peel with a moderate bitter finish. This seems to be a return to the more drinkable kind of IPA. It's fruity and flavorful. Distinct bitterness in the West Coast vein but restrained. From the 16 oz can purchased from Best Damn.
