I visited Mollusk the other day and I was really impressed with what they've got there. Mollusk is the reincarnation of Epic Brewing, formerly of the Sodo area of Seattle. They have 15 taps plus 2 guest ciders, and their brewer has a bit of an experimental bent with lots of saisons, sours and atypical ingredients. They also had 10 different bottles to-go, which is always nice to see.
The place is brand new inside and has a vibe that's definitely upscale but still approachable. Service there is great, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The beers themselves were quite good, for the most part, if you like experimentation. The food is also good; the menu is very gastropub. I will definitely be returning to Mollusk to try more of their beers and enjoy their "gavage hour" as they call it.
