Bohemian Pilsner made for our pal Ryan Lemond from Kentucky Sports Radio.
Ryan says best when he describes his beer as " a great beer, one he can drink a lot of. "

16oz can from the brewery.
Pours a clear pale gold color with a thin head that dissipates quickly.
I like the taste of it.

Designed and specified for local radio personality, Ryan Lemond, the brewing team of Lemons Mill puts together a game worthy taste of traditional Czech styled pilsner for a familiar sports bar taste with enough flavor to also become craft worthy.
Coming as a somewhat still golden yellow appearance, the scantly headed pilsner starts off grainy sweet on the nose with raw barley, bread dough and a mild floral scent. Its sweet and cereal character moves onto the initial taste with baking bread, honey and creamed corn.
As the lager impedes the middle palate, a recession of malt and a rise of hops bring the beer within balance. An herbal spice comes with hints of lemon pepper, fine grassiness and a botanical presence of lemongrass and parsley. Trending slightly bitter, the fuller body of eEMONDnator keeps the focus on pilsner malt rather than hops.
Medium light on the palate, the lager's low carbonation has the taste and texture weighted and somewhat lumbered. A linger of cereal and corn keeps the taste richer and less crisp than the classic style would have had it. Still a medium length linger of grain and honey keeps the sassafras spice in check.
