July 2019: Version #2 at 8.2% ABV, on tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Reddish brown colour, small off-white head. Intense aroma of smoked stjørdalsmalt, also notes of tar and old rope. The flavour has a slight fruitiness which helps the drinkability, otherwise it is all about smoke, smoke and more smoke. And tar. No hops in this beer.
