500 ml bottle, as Klostergården MaltMunk Doppelbock, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 9.5%. Dark reddish brown colour, small beige head. Aroma of malts, molasses, caramel and alcohol. Rich mouthfeel. Malty sweet flavour, molasses, caramel and alcohol again, also raisins and prunes, moderate hops with a slightly spicy finish.
