Copenhagen 23/9 2018. 33 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgård webshop. Some kind of barren wasteland on the can.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with big, bubbly, white head. Settles as frothy 1 cm thick layer of foam. Climbing up the side of the glass. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is intense, fermented and a little boozy. Exotic fruit in a State of light decay. Sour citrus and Grape fruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, creamy and lightly prickly texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is dry. Lingers for a while.
Fine and quite bitter IPA which stays with you for a while.
