Our Southern Sessions is a classic, light-bodied pale ale made for kicking back and taking it easy.
Loaded with citrus notes, we reckon it washes over you like a cool breeze on a warm summer’s day. After all, it’s always summer somewhere.

Copenhagen 18/9 2018. 33 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgård Webshop. Usual NKB Horror Vacui design in green on the can.
Pours very hazy golden yellow with very big white head. Bubbly. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity with a hint of fermentation. Sweet exotic fruit like peach and papaya with a touch of decay. Strong notes of grapefruit and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, prickly texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric bitter and fairly short. Finish is semi-dry.
Fruity and fresh greeting from the Southern hemisphere.
