Our Oak Island Lager is an unfiltered craft lager with subtle citrus and tropical notes overlaying a balanced bitterness and light body. A solid and dependable brew just like our own island of oaks – Ekerö.

Copenhagen 13(10 2018. 33 cl ban from Voldby Købmandsgård Web-shop. Usual claustrophobic, Horror Vacui design this time is a Granite setting.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with small, bubbly white head. Settles as paper thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer but quite transparent. No lacing.
Aroma is fruity and mild. Lightly sweet malts, grains, fruity melon, pear, light citrus. Pleasant without being overwhelming.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery and way too lively texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by prominent bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers shortly.
Nicely bitter but also somewhat overly carbonated.
