Pours pale straw and is almost gem clear (SRM 2-3). Lots of random carbonation forms lazy columns. A coarse head reaches one and a half inches before slowly falling to a thin blanket. A coating of white lace draws a curtain over a pilsner glass. The initial chill haze fades, leaving the beer gem clear after several minutes.
Grain aromas are strong and accompanied by light lemon, herbal coriander, and celery.
The flavor has mild bitterness and crisp water crackers. Coriander carries forward, although it is a bit grassy. The finish is too strong for my taste and presents a mild astringency.
Alcohol is as expected. Fine carbonation cleanses with each sip. It has a medium body and the texture of nylon.
This is a good drinking beer and would be a decent refresher on a hot summer afternoon. I can easily imagine it pairing well with nachos or pretzels while watching a ballgame.

Pours a light straw colour, a bit cloudy, a huge white fluffy head. Corny, grainy and metallic on the smell. I can taste hops on top of the malts along with a small amount of tartness that adds to the refreshing value. Aggressively carbonated.
