Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a hazy golden orange color with a one finger head of pure white foam. The head fades fast leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is rather strong of a tropical fruit aromas of tangerine, pineapple, and mango. Along with these smells comes a good deal of grapefruit hop, some doughty and caramel smells as well as a little bit of herb.
Taste – The taste begins with a with a slightly sweeter tropical fruit flavor, that was picked up on in the nose, mixed with some light doughy and bready taste, as well as some caramel and a little bit of a harvest fruit. There is some grapefruit hop flavors upfront, which are moderate in intensity and which seems to dwindle a bit as the taste advances. While the grapefruit dwindles a tad, some other hop of an herbal, light grass, and pine hop come to the tongue and leave on with a somewhat fruity sweet, but nicely mixed and diverse hop taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is average in terms of thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the mix of hop, sweet fruit, and malt the feel is awesome and makes for a very easy drinking feel overall.
Overall – A quite tasty and very easy drinking IPA with good balance, feel, and flavor. Rather well done.

On draft in a shaker pint glass
Clear pale yellow golden color, bone white head.l, some lacing. Citrus and earthy hop aroma. Taste is hop dominated, but only moderately bitter. Thin to medium bodied.
