This light bodied hop forward pale ale is brewed with Amarillo and Chinook hops, it has a piney character with a subtle grapefruit aroma. The combination of Montana grown 2-row, rye and crystal malt create a golden colored ale with a dry, crisp finish.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a hazy golden color with a small fizzy white head. The head fades rather fast to leave just a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is light overall, consisting of a little bit of light malt, caramel and some dank hop aromas of pine and grass.
Taste - The taste begins grainy with some of the dank hop that was present in the nose. There is a little bit of caramel sweetness mixed in there as well, giving a hint of sweetness. The hop is mostly of a pine and herbal nature upfront, with these flavors lasting till the end of the taste. Toward the end some grassy flavors develop on the tongue, leaving one with a somewhat grainy and lightly dank hopped taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the brew is slightly thicker and chewier with a carbonation level that is low. A little thinner body and higher carbonation would have likely been more fitting for the mix of grain, hop, and moderate abv.
Overall - An OK beer but certainly nothing all that impressive.
