Drank at Cantinho Café, Castelo Rodrigo. Poured to an Oitava Colina's Spiegelau IPA glass, which is actually from Rastal.
A: The body is orange and mid hazy mid crisp. The head is white to clearer brown. Shows very good retention and amazing lacing.
S: The aroma is very hoppy, filled with resin and not that much citrus tones. More of a green DIPA than a fruity DIPA.
T: The taste has a slight resin touch creating a very good setup for the rest of the beer to evolve. In the back, there's just a minimal green hoppy touch that makes this beer very friendly. It's really good.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is good. Alcohol is noticed but not that much. Bitterness is high but it's smooth, not harsh.
O: One of the best European DIPAs I've ever had.
