Poured to an Ora et Labora taster glass.
A: Body pours a crystalline yellow with minimum haziness. Head is white and one finger thick, showing good retention and no lacing.
S: The aroma is very crisp of bright malts with a very low profile citrusy touch.
T: Taste is basically just a very round malts grouping, resulting in a very easy to drink beer. Almost as easy as an American Adjunct Lager.
M: Body is medium to low. Carbonation is good. Alcohol is unnoticeable.
O: Interesting Kolsch, just not a very interesting beer in the grand scheme of things.
