Poured to a BrewDog snifter.
A: Shows a deep opaque black color with a beige to brown-ish head showing good retention.
S: The aroma is good with hints of molasses, caramel, toffee, coffee, with the likes of a milky tone despite that no lactose is mentioned in the recipe.
T: Taste is again pretty good with a proper rounded flavor of rich sugary tones like caramel, toffee and topped with coffee, roasted malts and held together with that milky feeling.
M: Body is medium high. Carbonation is high. Bitterness is medium high. Alcohol is barely noticeable.
O: Props to the guys at Oitava Colina. This is something.
