Enjoyed at Chicago Athletic Association, Game room, on draft. Nice night cap.
a) Darker golden body, fogged, rising a thin head & spotty lace.
s) Pine, citrus rind, grapefruit; clean, but too faint.
t) Taste makes me happy, a nice see saw of bitter vs citrus, with a full, peppery, drying finish.
f) Light, good bubbles, with a drying, scrubbing finale.
o) Acceptable. Pleasant. Cleansing.
