Big Cold Brew is an Imperial Coffee Stout—the winterized version of its summertime counterpart. Added weight and richness set the stage for a robust Oaxacan coffee, giving way to big hits of fudge, graham cracker and nutmeg. Brewed in collaboration with Metric Coffee.

Pours brownish black, thin foam that fades, leaving ample lacing.
Aroma is rich chocolate and coffee, chocolate chip cookies.
Deep flavor, dark chocolate and dark roast coffee that lingers a long time.
Creamy texture, medium bodied, very smooth. Slight bitterness.
Overall this is a great coffee beer, it hits all the right notes.
