A wild ale aged in oak barrels and dry-hopped with Wakatu. A complex array of stonefruit, citrus zest, and floral notes combine with a mild tartness and dry finish.

Hazy saturated yellow orange, ample foam with a lacy collar.
Aroma is oaky and lightly sweet, crabapple and some yeasty minerality.
Apple juice, oaky cider, stems and leaves. Lingering funky Brett, kind of an off popcorn kernel taste. Finishes dry with a little bit of cheese rind. Crisp and effervescent, lasting aftertaste.
Overall I like this, the oak is very nice, the Brett strain is a little odd. Kind of unexpected that they add fruit to it. Didn’t notice until reading the fine print while drinking it.
