Clear bottle, neon orange juice, as advertised. Jumping on the natty wine-inspired trend that Half Acre has been on for a couple of years already.
Opaque bright orange, compact finger of foam when poured. Fades and looks like juice after awhile. Initial aroma had a whiff of vinegar that thankfully was short lived.
Tart apricot and strawberry in the aroma and taste. Lactic acid and a hint of popcorn kernel from THP or Brett. Juicy with big fruit intensity. Crisp and acidic, medium bodied, light easy carb. Overall this is a nice fruited mixed ferm sour ale, hope they have a few more fruit combos or dry-hop varieties in the works.
