Saturated crimson with a finger plus of pinkish white foam, dotted with either seeds or yeast chunks. Effervescent visible carb trails. Aroma is mildly fruity and vinous, cranberry and wine yeast.
Moderately tart, crisp & dry. Cranberry is the first impression, green strawberry or raspberry maybe. Oak is there, but almost neutral. It’s like a natural pet-nat wine that’s a little extra carbed. Quenching and fruity, it makes a nice apertif.
