Alpi is an Italian-style Pilsner with an aromatic hop profile and a crisp, lean body. Floral and spicy with a touch of cracker malt for balance.

16 oz can into a pint glass. Mostly clear yellowish-straw color with a large fluffy white head with staying and ring-laying power. Lemon, melon, honey aroma. Mild grainy malt flavor with grassy hop bitterness lingering into the aftertaste. Medium-light feel with a pleasant amount of carbonation

16oz can, dated 02.12.2021, poured into a stemless wine glass.

The beer pours a bright lemon color, honey and golden hues, cloudy, with a fluffy white head, soapy and sticking lacing. The aroma is nice, lightly floral, crisp noble hops, a bit of berry fruit, pale grain, mineral water. The flavors are nice, pale grain, floral hops, more earthy and green noble hop, a bit fruity with mineral water at the finish. The mouthfeel is good, lively and crisp, vibrant and bright lighter medium body that finishes easily with a soft dry bite.

Verdict: A nice Pils from Hopewell. The more floral and fruity qualities are really pleasant and make for a very bright and delicate beer that goes down easy in the summer heat.

A: The beer is a bit hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left lots of streaks of bubbles down the sides of the glass, a narrow collar around the edge, and delicate lacing covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of floral hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has additional hints of spicy hops. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The delicate nature of this hop-forward pilsner makes it very easy to drink.
