16 oz can into a weizen glass.
Appearance: Cloudy brown color with a foamy eggshell head that left rings of sticky lace.
Smell: Yeast, banana bread, some spicy phenols.
Taste: Mostly fpllows the nose with the wheaty yeast. Spicy phenols are less pronounced, replaced with caramel malt.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied, smooth and creamy.
