With the relative dearth of table beers out there, it's a scream we've been able to knock out two in as many weeks lately. Anyway, this stuff pours a hazy straw-brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises wet hay, lemon zest, Brett funk, and a bit of cracked wheat. The taste brings in more of the same, the funk shining without having to hog the spotlight or chew the scenery. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a tasty beverage, indeed, one that employs the Brett rather well.
